Hi, my name is Shareen. I am a major in the Bachelor of Sport Science and Development, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a certified sport researcher graduated from the Kingston University, United Kingdom. Now I work as a sport and physical development researcher for the Malaysian Ministry of Sport and Health (football, hockey, badminton).

I believe that everybody deserves a chance to change our life into something better for us in the future. One of the greatest gifts that the universe has given to us is 'health' and 'fitness'. Most people nowadays tend to ignore these two elements. Eating McDonalds Big Mac burgers, buckets of fries, drinking Coke and Budweiser 24/7 is not going to keep you healthy and having a fit body. Those things are the ones that will kill you silently in the end. Don't believe it? Then read all the things about Diabetic diseases and complications, heart failure, high cholesterol complications and a lot more killer diseases. 




Every person can achieve the body of his or her dreams, and I work hard to give everyone that chance by providing workable, proven advice grounded in science, not a desire to sell phony magazines, workout products, or supplements. Through all the advices that I have provided and the products that I have recommended, I have been able to help thousands of people lose weight, build muscle and get healthy. My goal to turn that number into hundreds of thousands, and ultimately into millions.

Trust me, at first I worked my own body with zero knowledge. I must admit, that was my greatest mistakes of all time. I began reading more books, took more courses and programs, mixing the knowledge of my major with every training steps that I had came across. 

I only needed 3 months to get rid of excess fat from my body. 

Then, I needed the 3 other months to get my body shaped and fully ripped through various workout programs and techniques.

3 months of total fat burns, another 3 months of shaping my body. The precious thing that I got during those 6 months is the sheer determination and the iron will to change. 

If I am able to do it, then I am 200% sure that you will be able to do it as well. The only thing that matters now is...

Some tips from me :

~ Girls don't like fat boys. Being a fat boy resembles how dirty and lazy your lifestyle is. Nobody wants a lazy and dirty meat-bag, trust me, I used to be a fat ugly man once. Your pride and honor is nothing when people start to undermine you and look down upon you. 

~ Boys don't like fat girls. Being a fat girl will tell the boys on how you foolishly not giving a damn to the outer world, shutting yourself from it while spending 24 hours with nothing but food and sleep. This will led into the males undermining your true abilities. Don't let them do so! 

~ So you better start working yourself out from now on. Remember these 3 big things. Diet, Healthy lifestyle, Fitness training. Eat healthy foods, live a healthy lifestyle and keep on doing the exercises for at least an hour a day. You will see the differences after 3 months.
